Doula in Your
Pocket - Virtual Birth Coaching £850
For women living anywhere in the world
Not everyone needs full in-person Doula support - some people just want my guidance, knowledge, and presence, wherever they are in the world.
This is your accessible, flexible, and fully supported virtual birth coaching experience. I’ll help you understand your body, your baby, and your birth, guide you through comfort measures and preparation, and be there to support you every step of the way.
What’s included:

6 hours of online coaching covering birth physiology & education, comfort measures, pain relief, positioning, rights, environment, and postpartum prep.

1 personalised birth planning session, with a digital copy emailed and a laminated copy sent to your door.

Ongoing WhatsApp support from booking onwards.

Tailored education, resources, and signposting for your unique journey.

Early labour support by phone when possible.

Optional on-call guidance for decision-making and navigating maternity services (+ £200 for 24/7 availability).

Doula by Your
Side - In-person Birth Support £2500
For women living in the North West of England
This is for women who want me by their side through every stage - supporting, advocating, educating, and being of service in whatever way you need.
From pregnancy through postpartum, I’m there to walk with you, empower you, and make your birth experience as supported and aligned with your wishes as possible.
What’s included:

My experience, care & knowledge - everything I bring as your Doula.

WhatsApp support from booking - unlimited check-ins, Facetimes, and questions.

Tailored signposting & resources to guide you through your unique journey.

2–3 prenatal appointments covering birth physiology, comfort measures, pain relief, optimising your birth environment, positioning, your rights, and postpartum preparation.

Birth choices & birth intention planning session.

In-depth breastfeeding education session with a breastfeeding expert.

Use of TENS machine

On-call and present for your labour and birth - advocating, supporting, and caring for you every step.

Aromatherapy during labour.

Homeopathic remedies during and after birth.

Placenta smoothies, placenta pills & cord art for postpartum healing and keepsakes.

1–2 postnatal support visits, including birth debrief and postpartum guidance.

WhatsApp & phone support for at least 4 weeks post-birth.

Mileage for doula support in & around Liverpool will be calculated at 55p per mile from L23 4UG

Birth Planning session £50 - online. Discussion of birth options, choices, comfort measures, you rights. Birth plan is then printed, laminated & sent out to you.
Face to face sessions are available to those living in the North West.​​​​
